Star football player Jace Rovers has a secret. And not just any secret—a shocking secret… He writes romance. The kind with swords. And dresses. And kissing.

Nobody knows. Not the other kids at Twin River High. Not his overbearing parents. And certainly not the millions of fans who’ve read his book on the writing platform Scribbles. And that’s the way he plans to keep it.

Except suddenly one of the other football players grabs his notebook in jest and starts reading a kissing scene out loud…and Jace knows he’s busted.

But then McKenna Storm, resident goth girl who avoids the spotlight like a virus, snatches up the notebook and tells everyone she's the author. And lucky for Jace, she later agrees to continue the ruse...for a price.

Heck, he'd give her anything not to reveal his secret. But when they start to fall for each other, he knows he'll have to keep the biggest secret of all—his darkest character is based on her…

Cover Love (Why you love the cover)

From Lynn:  It’s just so cute. Totally reminds me of my high school years. Some good memories and some not so good, which brings in all the feels. Kind of like the book. It’s a fun cover for sure!

From Kelly Anne: I’m totally in love with the GUTTER GIRL cover! It definitely brings me back to high school and all of the nostalgia that comes with it! I’m a big fan of the bright pink title and how it pops against the background. I also love how this cover looks like a page out of a yearbook! The next two books in the Twin River High series, PROJECT PERSONALITY and CHAOS THEORY follow the same theme. All three books look so cute next to each other!

About the Authors

New York Times & USA Today Bestselling Author, Lynn Rush, is a full-time writer, wife, and trail runner living in the Sonoran Desert, despite her fear of rattle snakes. Known as #TheRunningWriter, Lynn can’t resist posting epic sunrise pictures while running in the desert with her trail sisters, even if she has to occasionally hop a scorpion.

When she’s not running or writing, she’s watching movies that fuel her everlasting love of superheroes, vampires, and all things Supernatural. The books she reads usually carry the same theme, but this former college athlete loves reading sweet sports romances as well. She’s madly in love with her Ironman husband of 20+ years who is the inspiration for what true love is. You can find her on social media as @LynnRushWrites

COVER REVEAL ~ Under the Milky Way by Vanessa Barneveld

Hello Readers! Welcome to the Cover Reveal for

Under the Milky Way by Vanessa Barneveld

presented by Entangled Teen!

What do you think of the cover?

Cassidy Roekiem is just an average teen girl from Colorado. Her parents are divorced, she has a cliché crush on the hot new boy, and her social life exists solely through the efforts of a well-meaning best friend. Until suddenly her life turns upside down.

First, that “hot new boy,” Hayden, asks her out. And one night when they’re driving through the isolated, winding roads of Saddleback Ridge after dark, something happens that neither one of them can explain…

Bright lights in the middle of the forest. Whole blocks of time they can’t remember. They’re nauseous and disoriented. We’re talking full-on episode of The X-Files. But when her fuzzy mind clears, she’s back home, and so is Hayden. Um, what?

Hayden has always been sweet and caring and fun. But now it’s like he’s hiding something. He knows something, and she can’t be sure who he really is anymore or how everything is connected to her. When it happens again…and again, Cassidy needs answers—and fast—because one of these times, she might not wake up at all.

Australian Vanessa Barneveld lives in a 19th-century house in inner-city Sydney with a 21st-century husband, two eccentric cats and one ghost—all of whom provide inspiration for her spirited novels. In addition to her writing career, she’s part of a crack team that produces closed captions for deaf TV viewers and audio descriptions for the blind. An avid traveler, she enjoys the journeys almost as much as the destinations. She freely admits to being food motivated and will stop at nothing to find the perfect hot chips wherever she roams around the world.

BLOG TOUR ~ Incognito by Katie Delahanty

Tour Date

May 4-7, 2021

Tour Schedule

Incognito by Katie Delahanty
Publication Date:  May 4, 2021
Publisher:  Entangled Publishing

In the virtual utopia of the Simulation, everyone will live peacefully and without fear or needs—at least that’s how they’re selling it. But the government plans to use this program to take control of the entire human race. Elisha Dewitt has just been given her first mission to help prevent this, and she’s ready to prove she can go incognito just as well as any other master thief.

Breaking and entering? No sweat. She’s done worse. Stealing a cassette tape from the museum vaults will be easy—in, out, done—until he shows up…and everything gets way more complicated. Garrett Alexander just has that effect.

Nothing is as it seems, and a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse begins with Garrett, her rival and match in every way. Not knowing who she can trust, Elisha decides it’s up to her to rescue everyone—even Garrett—before the world as she knows it comes to a brutal end.

On alert for evidence that Garrett beat me here—or is planning to swoop in and ambush me—I inch across the room, my pulse roaring in my ears, to the last row of shelves where time capsule 78 sits, its plastic wrap perfectly stretched over the corners and intact. It appears I’m first to arrive and a warm rush floods my veins. Biting back a smile, I carefully slide the cardboard box off the shelf before setting it on the floor. I crouch and unwrap the plastic before opening the box’s flaps. Having been trained to respect the property it is my duty to steal, my gloved fingers carefully pick through the objects inside. I quickly set aside artifacts—a silver and white wig, a banana-shaped harmonica, a packet of fan letters—until I find what I’m looking for. The tape. A little thrill shoots through me as I pick up the black plastic rectangle labeled “Interview with Jackie Kennedy December 17, 1964” in loopy handwriting on a white sticker. I slip the cassette into the pocket on my garter and I’m about to close the box when an envelope bearing a pencil sketch of a woman catches my eye. Something about her expression—the wistfulness in her eyes, the sadness that is evident despite her small smile—draws me in, like a bittersweet reminder of who I am, and I want to savor it.

Take it. The voice is wind.

Ding ding. Outside the glass room, the elevator doors slide open.

My stomach twists and I squint into the hallway, waiting for someone—Garrett? Tyson? Security?—to emerge, my heart hammering. Seconds tick by and the muscles in my legs twitch, urging me to run, but I hold steady. All is silent. The doors close and, satisfied I’m still alone but on high alert, I hardly notice as I tuck the sketch into the pocket with the tape. I check my watch: 9:12. Right on time.

I close the time capsule, rewrap it in plastic, and slide it back onto the shelf before retracing my steps. After the automatically locking doors close behind me, I cross the research room, ticking off my next moves as I go, each one calculated—scrambrella up, take the elevator down to the lobby, tuck scrambrella into purse, walk out the front door.

At least that’s my plan.

But, like my instincts promised, nothing ever goes according to plan.

When the elevator doors open, Garrett, still disguised as Professor Humbolton, is lounging casually against the back wall, his arms folded across his chest.

The air freezes in my lungs and for a moment I’m paralyzed.

“Willa.” He smiles. “Going down?”

Forcing myself to breathe, I will my limbs to move into the elevator and thrust my chin skyward like I could care less about his presence. “Not without a fight.”
